Now covering a large area of the East Midlands, ambitions personnel is an independently owned agency. Directors, Amanda Watson and Claire Haggar work alongside the thirty six consultants employed by the company. The emphasis is not only on team work within the company but also with clients, ensuring that the high quality, efficient recruitment process offered by ambitions personnel is maintained. The service provided is a personal one, with regular on-site visits to guarantee that exact requirements are fulfilled.

The company logo features a butterfly, symbolising our vision of change and development. It is this ethos that we pride ourselves on encompassing. Having recently opened our 8th office and celebrating 15 years of recruitment it is evident that our success is in part attributed to our ability to evolve with the ever changing job market.

ambitions personnel has progressed a long way since 1990 when the first office opened in Lincoln. At that time the job market was very different to the situation that we have now. Today it is more difficult and time consuming for employers to recruit the right staff. The legislation involved is also becoming more complex.
