    Job Description

     

    ***Own transport required ***

    Temporary – Permanent opportunity

     

    This vacancy is being advertised on behalf of ambitions personnel who are acting as an employment agency. 

    Our client based in the middle of Grantham and Newark, is looking to hire a Temporary to Permanent Receptionist.

    Working 5 08:30-16:30; Monday – Friday.

    Due to the location of the role you will have to have access to your own transport.

    Our client is a small, friendly; family ran business that is growing rapidly due to continued success across the Engineering sector.

    You will be articulate with Customers and meet and greet all visitors whilst offering Administrative support to the Sales and Engineering teams.   

    Your main duties:

    • Answering high volume incoming calls and directing as necessary  
    • Inputting data onto the internal database
    • Handling customer requests and enquiries
    • Chasing sales quotes on behalf of customers
    • Maintaining good customer relations with internal colleagues and site visitors
    • Maintaining client records

     

    Person Specifications

    • Understanding of numeric data
    • Used to working in an office capacity
    • Well presented
    • Good communication skills
    • Confident approach to work, thorough and collaborative
    •  Excellent Customer service skills
