    Job Description

    We are looking for candidates who have strong customer service skills.
    Applicants will be responsible for delivering an excellent service to all customers by answering telephones, providing customer information, handling enquiries, managing customer accounts, customer reporting and handling customer complaints within the Customer Service Team.

    Duties include:
    *Providing an efficient and effective service to customers, understanding their needs and requirements.
    *To demonstrate a positive, enthusiastic, committed and flexible attitude towards Internal and external customers, recognising the importance and benefits of effective team working and good communication.
    *To support Customer Services & Commercial Manager in the development of Customer relationship activities including mailings, events, site visits & sales campaigns
    *Pro-actively manage relationships with clients to increase volume and activity from task sites and to exceed client expectations for the benefit of the company
    *Processing of new customer accounts & relevant admin functions.

    Person Specifications

    Essential Experience and Skills Required: Strong computer literacy in Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel and use of the Internet. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with an exceptional telephone manner. Ability to plan, organise and prioritise to set deadlines. A team player who can also work using their own initiative. Ability to build effective working relationships and liaise with customers on a regular basis


    Temporary 8 week basis to cover an admin role on a night shift pattern (10pm – 6am - 4 on 4 off) based in Newark. .
