    Job Description

    As a Technical Support Advisor you will be providing customer service and technical support for a range of key clients.

    Duties of the role will include:
    - Providing 1st line support for a range of key clients.
    - Logging all incidents on relevant software systems.
    - Diagnosing technical faults and providing over the phone solutions.
    - Escalating technical queries to 2nd line support.
    - Providing excellent levels of customer service and support.
    - Monitor group mailboxes, ensuring all inbound queries received a response within SLA.
    - Collection of feedback from end users via outbound calls, when required.

     

    Person Specifications

    - Experience of working within a customer support role within an IT / technical environment
    - Problem solving and keen attention to detail.
    - Driven to deliver high levels of Customer Service.
    - Committed to personal development.
    - Flexible approach to working hours.
    - Clear telephone manner.
    - Good verbal and written communication skills
    - A 2nd European language would be desirable but is not essential 

    Skills / Experience:
    - Experience of working within a customer support role within an IT / technical environment

    - Flexible approach to working hours.
    - Clear telephone manner.
    - Good verbal and written communication skills
    - A 2nd European language would be desirable but is not essential
    -Good knowledge of providing basic hardware support of scanners, printers, PDA's, etc.
    -Experience working in a technical solutions service desk
    -Knowledge in Wireless, GPRS, GPS, Networking and basic software skills. 

    This is a full time position.
    Working hours will be 8 hours per day.
    Shifts will typically be working 5 days over 7 which will include working at least 1 day on the weekend.

    Opening hours are;  
    Monday - Friday 6am-10pm
    Saturday 8am- 7pm
    Sunday 8am -6pm
