    Job Description

    A well established and growing manufacturing company are seeking an experienced Administrator to support on a variety of tasks, to include a Finance bias.

    Duties include:

    • General office administrative duties
    • Liaising with suppliers to answer any queries
    • Meet and greet any visitors
    • Being responsible for Purchase Ledger – receiving and checking invoices, resolving any discrepancies or queries and processing through standard operating procedures
    • Some credit control
    • Maintaining a high level of professionalism when dealing with clients, customers and suppliers etc and understand the values of customer care
    • Developing a thorough understanding of the department’s functions, processes & procedures

    This is a full time permanent role, the salary is negotiable in the region of £18,000 per annum.

    Person Specifications

    • Competent Administrator
    • Some previous experience with invoices/finance
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office Skills
    • Strong organisational skills with a keen eye for detail
    • Good telephone manner
    • Resilient and able to work to a fast pace
