    Job Description

    Are you looking for an involved and varied role that will offer you a fantastic opportunity to develop your Administrative career?

    Duties include:

    • To provide clerical and administrative support to the office manager
    • Speak to customers, answering general enquiries
    • Assisting with purchasing, invoicing and providing budgetary and performance data
    • Able to communicate with internal and external staff offering administrative support where necessary

    This is a full time, permanent role, the working hours are 8.30am – 5.00pm Monday to Friday.

    Person Specifications

    • Previous Admin experience
    • Fully computer literate with MS Office, Sage would be an advantage
    • Confident and professional telephone manner is essential as is ability to work on own initiative
