    Job Description

    We currently have a number of Customer Administrator vacancies working on our Clients high profile multinational customer accounts.

    Duties include:

    • Supporting the Senior Customer Service Representative to achieve the necessary steps to meet the project critical path timelines
    • Updating tracker documents as and when required
    • Conducting fit for use checks on the customer information received and converting the information into an internal brief for Artworkers
    • Data inputting customer requirements into an in-house online artwork management system
    • Scheduling artwork tasks on the relevant production resource through an online transparent artwork scheduling tool
    • Releasing completed artworks to the printers in accordance with customer KPI’s via the appropriate methods
    • Building a strong working relationship with internal production resources

    These are immediately available permanent opportunities, working Monday to Friday 8.30am – 5.00pm. Salary is negotiable depending upon experience.
