    Job Description

    We are seeking an experienced Workforce Planning Manager to join a well-established and progressive company.  

    Duties include:

    • Delivery of efficient working patterns which deliver service level for all accounts
    • Ensure adequate staffing (against forecast) of trained staff throughout the year
    • Maintenance of a reliable calendar for the planning process which ensures adequate forward planning and review of performance.
    • Liaison with Operational areas, the Skills Team and Account Management to ensure they are aware of the plans and the choices available to maintain service levels while delivering efficient schedules against fluctuating forecasts and quality requirements
    • Regular communication required informing and discussing, seeking advice and guidance 

    This is a permanent opportunity which will require working fully flexible shifts between the hours of 8am and 6pm. Salary is negotiable depending on experience, circa £28,000 per annum.

    Person Specifications

    Required experience:

    • Experience analysing & manipulating data
    • Experience and good working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
    • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
    • Strong organisation and time management skills.
    • Sufficient product knowledge to use Totalview functionality and monitor the work of others
    • Good time management and ability to prioritise scarce resources.
