    Job Description

    Under the direction of the Customer Services Manager the role holder will support the Customer Services Team by providing administrative support to help create an efficient and reliable service to our Customers.

    Main duties will include:

    • Gather data and produce monthly KPI reports for publication to Key Customer Accounts.
    • Monitoring and distribution of data from the sales email.
    • Produce back order and expediting reports for customers ensuring that data is kept current so that customers are kept abreast of latest delivery promises.
    • Manage and control the Service Complaints database to ensure that Customer issues are raised, dealt with and closed out in a timely basis.
    • Manage and control Customer Returns.
    • This role will also involve covering reception one day per week (and also holidays). Reception cover will involve initial meet and greet of visitors; answering incoming phone calls and general admin duties.

    This is a full time permanent role; the hours of work are 8.00am to 5.00pm. The annual salary is negotiable upon experience, up to a maximum of £17,000 per annum.

    Person Specifications

    • Will be detail-conscious, with the ability to solve problems quickly.
    • Be resilient and tenacious, able to prioritise a busy workload.
    • A strong team player, willing and able to provide flexibility and support when necessary.
    • IT literate with a good standard of literacy and numeracy (GCSE grade A-C or equivalent in English & Mathematics).
    • Broad knowledge of Microsoft office Packages.
    • Working knowledge of an ERP system.
