    Job Description

    Due to increased workload an exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced administrator to join a well-established Worksop based firm on a full time, temporary basis.

    Working within a small team, the successful candidate will be required to provide administrative support to the whole department.

    Full training will be provided but previous experience in a similar role is expected.

    Duties will include:

    • Answering the telephone
    • Liaising with internal departments
    • Updating internal databases as appropriate
    • General administration
    • Postal duties

    Person Specifications

    Candidates must possess excellent communication skills and have the ability to multi task. A strong working knowledge of Microsoft office programmes desirable.

    Hours of work: Monday to Thursday: 08:30 – 17:00 and Friday 08:30 – 16:30
