    Job Description

    You will support the service coordinator team by confirming planned routine maintenance and breakdown visits with customers and engineers.


    • To liaise with customers both verbally and in writing for engineers site visits.
    • To liaise with engineers confirming the details of their workload.
    • To take calls from engineers with queries.
    • To support customer queries regarding work performed on site.
    • To ensure customer correspondence is updated and accurate, including contract profile sheets
    • To take calls from customers and engineers for spare parts, when necessary.

    This is a full time role, it is a fixed term contract initially expected to last until the end of March 2018.

    Person Specifications

    • Experience working in a similar role in a customer services / administrative environment.
    • An understanding of the importance of delivering excellent customer service.
    • High levels of passion, enthusiasm and a willingness to learn.
    • Good listener, with the ability to quickly gain rapport and trust across all levels.
    • Good organization skills and ability to plan workload effectively, copes well under pressure- meeting objectives & deadlines.
    • Highly self-motivated, excellent team player, able to develop strong relationships with colleagues and peers.
    • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office products (Excel, Outlook and Word).
    • Good communication skills both written and verbal, with an excellent telephone manner.
    • Able to demonstrate use of initiative.
