    Job Description

    We are currently recruiting for a Studio Administrator to join our client based in Spalding. The main purpose of this role is to administer, collate and record requests from customers.

    Main duties will include but are not restricted to:

    • Receipting of studio paperwork onto the relevant MIS system to provide up to date information
    • Collating artwork/samples/Epsons and any extra information that is required to complete the job
    • Checking of paperwork received into the Studio to ensure no errors
    • Liaising with our customers (CSE’s) on all paperwork queries and offering advice where required
    • Answering the phone and taking accurate messages
    • Checking and receipting of Epsons samples into the studio
    • Progressing the approvals so the Plate process can begin
    • Filing of all paperwork, artwork and Epsons – ensuring accuracy
    • Housekeeping of all filing systems in the studio
    • Assist the Planner when required in the planning process
    • Communicating any workflow issues to your line manager
    • Ensure your role is covered in the event of holidays/sickness
    • Support other members of the admin team as and when required while maintaining self-discipline and a positive work ethic

    Person Specifications

    • Excellent communicator (written and verbal) at all times
    • Great attention to detail
    • Good project management skills
    • Organised and calm under pressure
    • Friendly, approachable and flexible – a team player
    • Professional
    • Proactive, positive, enthusiastic - demonstrates “can do” attitude
    • Travel may be required therefore current, clean driving licence an advantage
    • Client facing experience preferable
    • Computer literate – MS Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint
    • Administration experience preferred
