    Job Description

    We currently have a vacancy for a Customer Care Administrator based in Boston. The main purpose of this role is to ensure all administration duties with the Customer care and QA departments are carried out to the highest possible standards and within the agreed timeframes. 

    Main duties will include but are not restricted to:

    • To ensure all Customer Care Administration Duties are carried out on a daily basis.
    • Run Daily Complaint report.
    • Attend KPI Meeting.
    • Update Notice boards.
    • Customer Specifications and reports.
    • Credits to be sent to accounts, scanning documents and filing on system.
    • Collections and UK Mail invoices.
    • To arrange collections in a timely manner, ensure that they are inspected and logged back into the business on a daily basis.
    • To ensure Customer complaints are correctly investigated with correct actions where necessary.
    • To create customer reports where necessary.
    • Demonstrate an active engagement with constantly looking for ways to improve the process to drive commercial benefit.
    • Establish key working relationships with colleagues.
    • Ensure Management requests are actioned in agreed timescales.
    • Good two way communications with your Manager; to ensure any understanding or training requirements are addressed.
    • Understand the basics of the production process.

    • Great attention to detail.
    • Excellent time management skills
    • Organised and calm under pressure
    • Friendly, approachable and flexible – a team player
    • Computer literate with an in-depth knowledge of Excel and Word
    • Proactive, positive, enthusiastic - demonstrates “can do” attitude
    • Travel may be required therefore current, clean driving licence an advantage
