    Job Description

    An exciting opportunity has arisen for a HR Officer to join our client based near Boston. The main focus of the role is to be responsible for developing policies and procedures relating to employed staff.

    You will be responsible for:

    • Helping draw up plans for future personnel needs
    • Recruitment of new staff
    • Providing staff training and development 
    • Operating pay and benefits policies
    • Counselling staff about any problems they may have, either at work or personally
    • Undertaking project work

    Person Specifications

    • CIPD qualification
    • Demonstrate a positive, can-do attitude
    • Problem solver
    • Strong organisation skills
    • Travel may be required therefore current, clean driving licence an advantage
    • A team player that is proactive, flexible, and eager to learn
    • Ability to work in a multicultural environment
