    Job Description

    This vacancy is being advertised on behalf of ambitions personnel who are acting as an employment agency. 

    This is a temporary - permanent opportunity; working for a small independently ran business based in Melton Mowbray.

    This is a rare and unique opportunity for someone who enjoys working on their own and thrives from responsibility.

    We are looking for an office Administrator to work directly alongside the company Director and support the full business operation by being responsible for transactional Accounts, PA Duties, Sales Administration and Customer Service

    This is a varied role which holds a lot of responsibility and independent working.

    Duties will include but not limited to:

    • Accounts duties: inputting Invoices, dealing with any invoice queries, using Sage50, inputting timesheets, bank reconciliations, credit control and cash handling. 
    • Sales Administration: completing documentation requiring great attention to detail and a methodical approach to your work load. Processing job sheets, raising PO’s, ordering processing.
    • Customer Service: responsible for incoming calls, taking message and advising as necessary. Building relationships with suppliers and end users.
    • PA duties: booking accommodation, summaries managing Director Emails and market research.
    • Excel: Data collation and inputting of information, maintain spreadsheets.

    This role would suit someone who thrives from having a varied and busy workload that likes to multitask and is happy and used to dealing with constant interruptions.

    Person Specifications

    • Excellent communication skills
    • Excellent attention to detail
    • Previous experience of working in an office environment
    • Proven experience and knowledge of Accounts
    • Confident communicator
    • Ability to engage with clients
