    Job Description

    This vacancy is being advertised on behalf of ambitions personnel who are acting as an employment agency.  

    Our client based in the middle of Grantham and Newark, just off the A1 south is looking to hire a part time Administrator on a temporary - permanent basis. Working 24-30 hours per week; Monday – Friday between 8.30am-5pm. Due to the location of the role you will have to have access to your own transport.

    Our client is a small, friendly; family ran business that is growing rapidly due to continued success.

    This is a varied role and you will be required to support the Utilities department with all areas of administration.  

    The main purpose of the role is:

    • Ensure compliance with the Gas Transporter Licence Conditions regulated by Ofgem
    • Implement audit procedures to ensure compliance
    • Ensure monthly/quarterly compliance reports are compiled and submitted in time to the regulator
    • Assist with industry change charging statements for ‘transportation costs’ and ensure its integrity
    • Liaise with industry experts on entry requirements and manage the project delivery timescales mutually agreed
    • Be responsible for the database
    • Interrogate information/dataflow’s to assess their validity and problem solve any errors
    • To assist with the creation, implementation of Networks business processes and procedures
    • To ensure that all Health & Safety and environmental legislation, are being adhered to and are aware of changes
    • Manage the invoicing/billing of ‘transportation’ charges to appointed suppliers
    • Manage the supply point system (IGT Application) with creation of schemes, including creating CSEP relationships, managing completion file documentation along troubleshooting and handling objection notices
    • Assist with producing analysis of transportation revenue/costs and manage reporting of these in a logical format

     

     

    Person Specifications

    • knowledge and understanding Microsoft office packages
    • Excellent Customer Service skills
    • Proven experience of working in an office
    • Able to prioritise and work without close supervision
