    Job Description

    We have a fantastic opportunity in a busy Warehouse Operation based at Mansfield. The role will involve Stock Taking in and around the Warehouse as well as reconciliation on SAP systems.  We are looking for an individual with exemplary administration and communication skills with experience in a similar role.  This position will offer the successful candidate an excellent opportunity to develop within the Logistics area of the business.

    Key responsibilities:

    • Stock taking of Cask and Keg products, Bottled Beers and Minerals, Wines and Spirits and Consumables.
    • Reconciliation of stock using SAP.
    • Maintenance of relevant systems.
    • Liaise with Company depots to investigate stock related issues.
    • Ensuring returned goods are dealt with and procedures followed on SAP.

    This is a full time, ongoing temporary role, the working hours are Monday to Friday 6.00am – 2.00pm. The hourly rate of pay is £7.50 per hour.

    Person Specifications

    • Be highly organised with excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritise tasks.
    • Computer literate, having sound working knowledge of MS Excel and Word. Experience of SAP would be an advantage. 
    • An excellent communicator, with the ability to communicate effectively with both internal and external customers.
    • Able to demonstrate a good level of accuracy and attention to detail
    • Possess an excellent telephone manner
    • Possess first class interpersonal skills
    • Have experience of working in a busy warehouse / office environment.
    • Adaptable to varying working conditions.
