    Job Description

    We are currently recruiting for a Complaints Manager to join our client’s existing team based in Lincoln.

    Main duties will include but are not restricted to:

    • Managing a small team
    • Processing enquiries and complaints
    • Dealing with confidential data
    • Complaint resolution

    Person Specifications

    • Great attention to detail
    • Background in complaints/customer care
    • Empathetic
    • Exposure to complaints handling organisation such as the office of the Ombudsman
    • Computer literate with a working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word
    • An NHS background would be advantageous but not essential
