    Job Description

    Working for a company with a long and proud history of growing its own talent, a new position has arisen within the general Office/Accounts department due to company expansion. This presents an ideal opportunity for the candidate to join a professional and internationally focused organization that will foster and develop their talent. Whilst this will be a customer facing role there will be opportunities for this person will grow into a long term and valued member of a small team dealing with all aspects of Company business.

    Responsibilities will include but not be limited to:

    • Supporting all Office Administrative functions including filing, telephone answering etc.
    • Use of computer systems including MS Office, CRM  & Sage 50 and Adobe Acrobat etc
    • Use of SAGE 50 for accounts and invoicing is a key requirement
    • Supporting external with relevant documentation etc.
    • Working with other business functions as required.
    • 2 years experience in an accounts environment using SAGE 

    Person Specifications

    This role demands a keen attention to detail and ability to absorb and retain information.   The candidate needs to be articulate, able to think commercially and prioritise their work load.

    • 37.5 hours/week.
    • 9am to 5pm
    • Salary £18 - £19k depending on abilities
    • Temporary to permanent
