    Job Description

    Duties and Responsibilities
    • Design and produce artwork, for marketing collateral for all events working closely with artist management teams, marketing team and venues to ensure all artwork is produced to a suitable standard and approved by all relevant parties

    • Responsible for film, edit and uploading all videos for events, within deadline and to the highest standard. Experience of working with various forms of video capture such as DSLR, GoPro, studio lighting and location shooting. Able to apply ideas from concept through to completion and a passionate about the industry. A desire to bring to life creative campaigns and concepts you adapt from briefs.

    • Lead on the delivery and drive forward on the Social Media Strategy for both the corporate and event based social media. Working closely with the artist management team and the marketing teams to ensure Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Spotify, You Tube, LinkedIn and other emerging social media platforms are all maintained and updated with creative, rich and relevant content on a regular basis.

    • Capture and create video content to help support all event marketing and corporate marketing across all platforms

    • Ensure that all brand guidelines are maintained to the highest possible standards. Work closely with the Sales and Marketing Manager to develop corporate marketing brand and communications which ensure the brand is represented to the highest possible standard across all areas of the business

    • Be responsible for leading and driving all e-marketing campaigns, including the design and distribution of e-shots for event based communications

    • Lead on the creation and development of a robust CRM system in order to have multiplatform integration with a view to improving and developing the corporate communications strategy •

    Collate all data obtained via all events ensuring ticket agents and venues supply relevant data following and during each event to grow the marketing database

    •Review and Analyze data to help inform the marketing opportunities across all events to help shape the marketing plans

    • Design, build and maintain new and existing company websites, whilst also developing strategies to increase number of visitors to a website by getting high-ranking placements in search results.

    • Work with the Sales and Marketing Manager to manage all sponsored online advertising paid for by the business to appear alongside non-paid search results, including any paid for social media and PPC campaigns

    • Provide accurate reports and analysis to clients and company management to demonstrate effective return on investment (ROI) on specific digital marketing campaigns to help measure the success, and shape future marketing campaigns

    • Maintain a high level of understanding about industry based digital opportunities  and new online media opportunities that may benefit the business including mobile, social media, development of blogs and forums ensuring we stay ahead of all digital marketing trends

    • Work closely and build strong relationships with venue marketing teams to ensure all digital opportunities are maximized across all events to help support the Sales and Marketing Manager with the delivery of all marketing campaigns

    • Manage the contact database and assisting with lead generation activities;

    • Support the Commercial Manager to create and deliver digital marketing support for any sponsors and partners 

    Knowledge and Experience:
    • Excellent creative and design skills with competence in using a variety of different programmes and software including in design, photoshop, HTML to create high quality marketing collateral for both print and online

    • Excellent working knowledge of social media platforms, such as Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, You Tube, Linked In, Tumblr, Spotify and other emerging Social Media markets passion for driving social media with experience of using social and mobile technologies and how they can be used to solve business and marketing problems

    • Experience of utilising web analytic tools, including but not limited to Google Analytics and industry-wide best practices.

    • Experience writing online content with exceptional writing and editing skills

    • Excellent communication vernacular as well as advertising and promotional copywriting and editing experience with an exemplary attention to detail

    • Excellent interpersonal skills, ability to successfully represent Company's brand amongst industry peers and clients alike

    • Ability to represent Company with integrity, while conveying the sense of fun and creativity associated with our brand and the quality associated with our services.

    • Excellent writing skills  • Basic Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Photoshop, In-Design, Final Cut Pro

    • HTML skills with a view to building and managing websites and email marketing campaigns

    • Creative

    • Confident

    • Can do attitude a must

    • Flexible
