    Job Description

    Due to organic growth our clients based in Grantham Town Centre are looking to recruit an Office Manager / PA. Reporting directly into the Managing Directors you will be responsible for a clerical team of 4 in whilst also confidentially supporting the Managing Directors with required PA duties.

Leading a team of 4 this role would suit an individual who has proven people management experience, is comfortable to be ‘hands on’ as and when needed and thrives from a busy fast paced working environment.

    If you have proven experience with process improvement we want to hear from you. You will get the opportunity to challenge the current clerical processes and procedures; you will be expected to offer new efficient processes and procedures with the view of improving efficiencies within the clerical team. You will be responsible for ensuring a smooth implementation of the new suggested processes and procedures and have the capabilities to measure how the new processes etc. have improved efficiencies.

    In addition to continued improvement projects you will be responsible for the Office facilities; organising office cleaners, ensuring the kitchen is always stocked with Milk, Tea bags, Coffee etc. Ensuring the meeting rooms are prepped and stationary orders are placed. Responsible for scheduling any required maintained checks for the Office and overall responsibility for the Office environment.

    • Proven people management experience within a clerical environment
    • Proven experience of process improvement
    • Excellent communication skills 
    • Excellent attention to detail
    • Proven experience of handling confidential data
    • Proficient on all MS Office packages and Outlook
    • Forward thinking with the ability to influence others
    • Proven experience of working within a fast paced busy environment
