    Job Description

    This vacancy is being advertised on behalf of ambitions personnel who are acting as an employment agency.  

    We are currently recruiting on behalf of an independent Mortgage Broker based in Grantham town centre. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a local, professional and growing business. Supporting the brokers and engaging with stakeholders this role would suit a professional individual who is comfortable working with executive staff members.

    Main duties:

    • Providing full technical administrative support and liaising closely with Advisors within the financial services and financial planning parts of the business.
    • Working with Advisors and Introducers to ensure the smooth processing of client introductions and files.
    • Organising paperwork and inputting data onto our online system, ensuring accuracy and demonstrating a keen eye for detail.
    • Answering the telephone and handling enquiries, allocating new business leads to Advisors
    • Daily use of in-house systems
    • General administrative duties
    • Demonstrating a highly professional and polite approach
    • Diary management and booking in appointments with customers
    • Some telesales work will be required


    Person Specifications

    The ideal candidate will have a background in either, Mortgage Administration, Financial Services or Banking Administration.

    • Excellent telephone manner
    • Excellent attention to detail
    • Confident and professional communicator
