    Job Description

    A comprehensive support role, your responsibilities will include:

    • Dealing with client enquiries via email and telephone
    • Processing Orders
    • Maintaining training records
    • Marking written assessments
    • Reproducing training material
    • Assist with running of the training centre

    This is a part time, temporary to permanent position; the salary is negotiable depending on experience, circa £8.50. The hours will be Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday 8.00am - 4.30pm.

    Person Specifications

    • Competent and assured telephone manner with people at all levels
    • Excellent inter-personal and communication skills
    • Excellent customer service skills
    • Ability to prioritise and progress multiple tasks and project work
    • Well organised with great attention to detail
    • An excellent working knowledge of MS Office, Sage would be beneficial
    • Experience with maintaining a customer database
    • Be fluent in both verbal and written English
    • An ability to work under pressure and to deadlines
    • The ability to work independently and as a team
    • Quick to learn
    • Proactive
