    Job Description

    Job Role:

    • Maintain the highest standards of customer relationship, service and professionalism.
    • Ensure standard operating procedures are followed at all times in your area.
    • Work in co-operation with all company personnel both inside and outside the office.
    • Process and record all incoming service requests.
    • Address and respond to customer queries.
    • Address and respond to customer complaints/instructions in a timely manner.
    • Prepare quotations for site work and organising site inspections if required.
    • Carry out any research as necessary to obtain relevant information for the customer.
    • Process engineer’s reports for further action.
    • Plan daily workload for site engineers as and when required to do so.
    • Take appropriate action, either verbally or written, to ensure a smooth and efficient service to the customer.
    • Assist with training of other/junior office staff.
    • Attend Training Courses as and when required.
    • Ensure any invoice related queries are dealt with in a timely manner.

     

    Person Specifications

    Candidate Requirements:

    • A good standard of literacy and numeracy
    • Be able to work with minimal supervision and to specific deadlines
    • Demonstrable ability to plan, organise and prioritise work (for yourself and in support of team members)
    • Be neat and methodical in their work
    • Good communication skills
    • An understanding of the health and safety legislation
    • Basic computer knowledge
    • Estimating experience
