    Job Description

    Our client is very proud of the service they provide. But sometimes things don't go right and you'll be part of the team that puts the customer's experience back on track. No two calls are ever the same. You'll deal with any problems or complaints that arise - including delayed or cancelled orders and claims – showing empathy and taking ownership there and then.

    Duties include:

    • Responding to and resolving customer enquiries and complaints using outbound calls and emails
    • The aim is to resolve the complaints quickly and within SLA using Service Recovery Policy

    This is a full time temporary to permanent role. The working hours are 37.5 per week, and involve working on a rota between 8.00am and 6.00pm, which will include 2 Saturdays out of 5 (lieu day during the week if working a Saturday).

    The hourly rate of pay will start at £7.83 per hour; there will be experience based increments over a period of 9 months.

    Person Specifications

    Experience required:

    • Previous Customer Service experience gained within a service focussed environment.
    • Excellent written and conversational skills are integral to the role.
