    Job Description

    We are currently working with a luxury brand, based just outside of Stamford and they are looking for a Business Administrator to join their team.


    The key part of this role is to see customer orders; through from point of order, all the way through to delivery. You will need to take ownership of all aspects of the entire process.


    You working hours will be between the hours of 9am and 5.30pm, due to the location of the office you will also be required to have your own transport.

    As Business Administrator your duties will include:

    • Ensuring all details of the order are correct & entered the system correctly
    • Placing orders for goods with the suppliers where necessary
    • Liaising with logistics partners to ensure swift delivery
    • Updating the EPOS system at each stage of the process, so stock is always up to date
    • Keeping the customer informed of progress throughout
    • Keeping stores informed of the progress of orders
    • Produce reports using the EPOS system, recording information supplied from both suppliers & logistics so the team has full vision of the progress of orders at all times
    • When problems arise, to communicate with suppliers, logistics partners & the customer to “troubleshoot”, resolving the issue as quickly & efficiently as possible to the customer's satisfaction
    • Checking & authorising invoices related to the above goods & processes
    • To liaise with manufacturers with any customer complaints or inspection & report findings
    • Monitoring returns, keeping the system & related spreadsheets up to date

    Person Specifications

    • Basic Microsoft Office skills, including Word & Excel
    • Proactive & motivated approach to work
    • Ability to demonstrate solid written and oral communication skills
