    Job Description

    • Maintain the highest standards of customer relationship, service and professionalism.
    • Address and respond to customer queries.
    • Carry out any research as necessary to obtain relevant information for the customer.
    • Plan daily workload for site engineers as and when required to do so.
    • Add orders to contract master spreadsheet.
    • Confirmation of site readiness with client prior to sending engineer, whilst following the approved confirmation procedure.
    • Monitor and review engineer’s reports in order to action corrective actions
    • Updating and Communicate Contract Correspondence.
    • Produce and distribute installation packs Inc. drawings, photographs etc.
    • Ensure completed Engineers Reports are processed on a daily basis.
    • Manage ‘Haulage log’ spreadsheet, allocating transport to contracts, planning cost efficient routes
    • Submit site access requests for client, providing rams where required.
    • Create and process all weekly paperwork for the engineers.
    • General day to day office administration of filing, answering the telephone and responding to incoming emails.
    • Deal with supplier/subcontractor and contract invoice queries and pass for payment/invoicing.


    Person Specifications

    • An Engineering background is essential due to the nature of the work
    • A good standard of literacy and numeracy / computer skills
    • Be able to work with minimal supervision and to specific deadlines
    • Demonstrable ability to plan, organise and prioritise work (for yourself and in support of team members)
    • Be neat and methodical in their work
    • Good communication skills
    • An understanding of the health and safety legislation
    • Basic computer knowledge



    £25-30k Salary


    Free on site parking
