    Job Description

    A number of opportunities have arisen for experienced call centre/customer service agents to work on a temporary to permanent basis. A highly challenging and rewarding role, this position entails providing 1st level support to small- medium enterprise customers and dealing with all aspects of their account.

    Roles and Responsibilities

    A customer service agent will act as a liaison, provide product/service information and resolve any emerging problems that our customer accounts might face with accuracy and efficiency. As a customer service agent you will be patient, empathetic and passionately communication. Customer service agents can put themselves in their customers shoes and adapt for them when necessary. Customer feedback is priceless and as a customer service agent you will be required to gather this information.

    Problem-solving should also come naturally to customer care specialist. You will be confident at troubleshooting and investigate if there is not enough information to resolve customer complations. We will operate at 1st call resolution policy.

    The target is to ensure excellent service standards, respond efficiently to customer inquiries and maintain high customer satisfaction.


    • Manage large amounts of incoming calls
    • Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction
    • Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication
    • Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools providing clear, full and accurate notes
    • Meet personal/customer service team targets via review systems, calls and emails
    • Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolutions met and customer satisfied
    • Work on various client platforms to be able to meet SLAs across all clients
    • Full understanding of the booking system and logistical requirements
    • Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents
    • Cover sales lines when required taking thorough details for agents to pick up
    • Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies
    • Take the extra mile to engage customers

    Person Specifications

    • Proven customer support experience or experience as a client service representative
    • Track record of over-achieving quota
    • Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
    • Familiarity with CRM systems and practices
    • Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
    • Excellent communication and presentation skills
    • Ability to multi-task, prioritise, and manage time effectively

    Education Requirements

    Educated to GCSE with minimum C in English and Numeracy

    Own transport desirable due to location

    Hours of work: 8:30am – 5pm Monday – Friday with occasional work on a Saturday.
