We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical professional to join this Newark based business as a Contract Management & Billing Specialist. This role is ideal for individuals with a strong background in contract management, administration, or similar fields, and who are comfortable working with bespoke software systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Contract Management: Carefully review, manage, and input contracts into the internal system, ensuring all details are accurate and up to date.
- Billing & Invoicing: Utilise the bespoke software (ECI) for billing, invoicing, and meter readings, ensuring all transactions are processed correctly and efficiently.
- Sales Order Process: Gain an understanding of the sales order process, collaborating with various teams to ensure smooth order flow from contract to invoicing.
- Attention to Detail: Ensure all data entered into systems is accurate, thoroughly checked, and aligned with contract terms.
- System Management: Actively learn and navigate the ECI software to support billing and invoicing processes, contributing to ongoing process improvements.
Key Skills & Experience:
- Analytical mindset with a keen attention to detail.
- Previous experience in contract management, administration, or a related field.
- Comfort with using bespoke software or willingness to quickly learn new systems (ECI).
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Knowledge of billing, invoicing, and meter reading processes is a plus.
- Ability to work collaboratively across departments to support business operations.
