Ambitions Personnel has launched its first-ever Training Academy to provide pro-active and ongoing learning to its entry-level recruiters.
While the agency already provides training solutions and has existing staff training initiatives in place, the Training Academy is Ambitions’ first, dedicated scheme to develop brand new Ambitions’ recruitment consultants.
The Ambitions Training Academy will provide 4-week intensive courses conducted internally by the firm’s senior recruiters, and will prepare and educate the new consultants to be confident and proficient as part of the Ambitions’ team.
Director of Ambitions Personnel, Claire Haggar, explains:
“For Ambitions, ensuring that we provide training and upskilling opportunities is essential to ensuring our staff retention and satisfaction. Through the Ambitions Training Academy, we can progress existing, non-recruitment staff, as well as create new consultant roles for fresh talent.”
Claire, who over her career with Ambitions has mentored many of the firm’s most senior consultants, adds:

Responsible for implementing and overseeing the new Ambitions Training Academy is the firm’s newly appointed Head of Commercial Recruitment, Kiran Kaur-Costa. With over five-years of experience in developing and running training academies, Kiran plans to offer tailored mentoring to consultants based on their industry ambitions.
Kiran, who joined Ambitions in November 2020, explains:
“The academy is the gateway for preparing trainee consultants with the skills and techniques they need to manage their recruitment markets and become successful in their chosen careers.”
