My recruitment career started with Ambitions in 1995 when I moved to Lincolnshire, I started as a Consultant in the Newark office and have been Operations Director since returning to work for Ambitions in December 2007.
My career in recruitment has been diverse and I have undertaken roles to include Branch Manager and Account Director both locally and nationwide. I have extensive experience in Commercial, Industrial and Permanent recruitment with particular focus on work within high volume contracts within the Warehousing and Food sectors.
Working closely with the Company Directors, my role is varied with responsibility for our key clients, strategy and management development.
