Originally from Essex, I’d had a successful career working in banking within the City of London before relocating to Newark and joining the company in 1995. Shortly afterwards, we opened our second branch in Newark.

Nearly 25 years and several offices later, it’s safe to say that times have changed, but my passion for recruitment has remained the same. It’s fast-paced, competitive and no two days are the same!

Commercially-driven, I ensure our business objectives are met whilst remaining extremely hands-on; mentoring our managers and working with our clients on a daily basis.

We continue to experience significant growth year on year, with no plans to slow down, and I’m excited to see what the future holds.
