After leaving school I started a role with a major bank as a personal banker, but with a family background in recruitment, it was a natural decision to join Ambitions in June 2011 as a Recruitment Consultant.

Over the years I have covered both temporary and permanent commercial recruitment and worked as an Onsite Recruitment Consultant before progressing to my current role as Branch Manager of the Newark office.

I enjoy the fast pace of recruitment and thrive on working to tight deadlines and under pressure.

    Absolutely love ambitions if it was not for them I don't where I'd be. they helped me get my life on track and Jenna, Demie and Kevin have all been amazing and would recommend anyone who needs work should go there. They really step up and go beyond to help anyone who needs work or help if the work isnt suitable. They put you where you are very happy to go. To me, 5 stars is not enough should be 10. Absolutely amazing group

    Working with Demie is easy – efficient, smart and will take full responsibility for everything you need. We worked really closely during a large scale volume recruitment project. With frequent engagement for Group Assessments, Demie kept myself and the company fully up to date with outcomes/offers/candidates. She’s great to work with due to her relaxed but professional attitude. Makes having difficult conversations easier as well as allowing you to relax whilst dealing with Ambitions. I’ve subsequently left the company in which we engaged but have taken a role elsewhere where I have ensured we partnered with Ambitions for both temp work and permanent roles where required just based on my experiences with Demie and her team.
