I joined Ambitions in June 2014 as a Recruitment Consultant. Currently, I focus on recruiting for temporary office-based positions within Lincoln, Gainsborough and the surrounding areas.

Prior to joining Ambitions, I’d graduated with a degree in Public Relations and gained 4 years’ recruitment experience.  My background is varied and I’ve worked across both the industrial and commercial sectors recruiting for temporary and permanent roles within public, private and education organisations. 

I am passionate about recruitment. I truly enjoy helping people find work and building relationships with candidates, as well as seeking out new business opportunities and forming long-lasting relationships with clients.

I am committed to my personal development and strive to keep my knowledge and skills up to date. I have successfully obtained my Level 3 Award in Training Principles and Practise and Level 3 Award in Employment Related Services.

    I was approached by Ambitions Personnel after they had read my CV on CV-Library. I was invited for a discussion about my requirements and completed a short skills test. They were very friendly and explained the options available to me very clearly. I was given details of a job that was available and asked if I was interested.     I have worked for Ambitions for over 4 years now, in that time I have had several long term placements and quite a few shorter ones.  They have all been interesting and the work varied.  The longest I have been without work between placements has only ever been a few days, so they offer stability whilst having the flexibility that temporary work offers.  The staff at the Lincoln office are all very friendly and helpful, if you ever have any problems there is always someone there you can speak to who will resolve the situation for you.  I’m very happy working for them.
