I originally joined Ambitions in 2016 and have covered different desks in Grantham during this period up until now both commercial and industrial as well as providing onsite services on client sites.

I am now the Team Leader in the Grantham Branch dealing with any industrial vacancies. I have a passion for recruitment and getting our candidates into placements where they feel valued and appreciated as well as ensuring that our clients are serviced promptly.

I love building strong relationships, I am dedicated and results-driven with a track record in sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding successful candidates in a high-volume environment as well as smaller ones.
