Nicola Ackroyd

Branch Manager

I began working as a Recruitment Consultant at Ambitions Personnel in 2009, after graduating from university. After three years within this role, I progressed on to become an Account Manager where I was responsible for the wellbeing and experience of our Warehouse and Distribution clients. 

In 2018 I had the amazing opportunity of working in Dubai for 7-months, before returning to Ambitions in 2019 is a Business Development Manager, where my role focused on securing new clients for the business. As of July 2020, I am the Branch Manager of the Ambitions' Grantham branch.
