I joined Ambitions Personnel in 2008 and now head up the commercial division for the business.
Having started as a Commercial Consultant in our Boston branch I developed my role into a Senior Consultant and Account Manager. Prior to joining Ambitions, I spent my early career within the Print and Packaging sector, I head up our specialist division of Ambitions in this area where I can utilise my specialist knowledge to engage top talent for our clients.
People are motivated to change career for all manner of reasons. I thrive on matching my clients’ requirements to candidates’ criteria. There is no better job satisfaction in recruitment than when someone secures their ideal role and is genuinely over the moon!
