Whilst supporting the Maintenance Manager, the Maintenance Administrator is responsible for assisting on maintenance projects from point of order through to completion.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Produce maintenance reports
  • Raise purchase orders
  • Updating management systems
  • Arrange deliveries to site
  • Develop strong working relationships with colleagues and external stakeholders
  • Liaise with clients, stakeholders and internal team members
  • Adhere to company and client deadlines
  • Work closely with the Maintenance Manager to coordinate staff
  • General administration.

Key Skills:

  • Full UK driving license is desirable
  • Proven administration experience within a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Strong IT skills
