Job Title Business-to-Business Direct Sales Agent (Telesales)
Location: Central Grantham
Schedule: Part-time, 2-3 days a week, 4 hours per day
Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound calls to prospective business clients to promote products/services.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets by effectively communicating the value proposition of our offerings.
- Keep accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in B2B sales or telesales.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong drive for results and achievement of sales targets.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools is preferred.
