You will be applying to work within a reputable disaster restoration company, providing restoration services for properties, including contents, affected by fire, water and accidental damage.

You will be responsible for day-to-day coordination and management of our business processes and procedures to ensure they comply with the standards of ISO9001 Quality Management System (QMS). This will involve managing document control and updates and release of updates across the business to drive continuous improvement and maintain high levels of quality across all areas of the business. This role will also support several other administrative functions across the business.

 

With many tasks such as the below - 

  1. Coordinate the creation, review, and update of QMS documentation, including procedures, policies, work instructions, and forms
  2. Plan, schedule, and conduct internal audits and inspections to assess the effectiveness of the Quality Management System
  3. Identify non-conformities and opportunities for improvement during audits and ensure timely corrective actions are taken
  4. Drive continuous improvement initiatives by analysing current processes and recommending enhancements
  5. Work with departments to implement process improvements and track their effectiveness
  6. Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to quality and report on trends
  7. Promote quality awareness across the organisation and ensure all employees understand their role in the QMS
  8. Prepare and manage audit schedules to support the Head of Operations (Building Division), ensuring the organisation is fully prepared for external audits, address any findings and ensure corrective actions are implemented
