What you’ll be doing:
- Performing general administrative duties (filing, scanning, etc.)
- Processing sales orders
- Managing incoming calls and inquiries
- Assisting customers with general queries
What We're Looking For:
- Excellent phone manner and strong communication skills
- Strong organisational abilities with effective time management
- Previous experience in sales or customer service is a plus
Position Details:
- Job Type: Full-time
- Salary: £22,310 per annum
- Hours: 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday 08:30 - 17:00 with a 1 hour lunch break
Location: Belper Derbyshire - Must be able to drive and have own transport due to the location.
