Key Responsibilities

✔ Schedule and manage appointments with residents via phone, email, and letters
✔ Handle customer queries and complaints efficiently
✔ Maintain accurate records using client portals, updating documents and project details
✔ Streamline internal processes for improved efficiency
✔ Liaise with clients and tenants regarding access and project timelines
✔ Oversee third-party certifications and compliance administration
✔ Review and escalate concerns related to asbestos reports
✔ Assist with valuations and project closeouts

What We’re Looking For

Strong organisational skills with great attention to detail
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to multitask and manage deadlines effectively
A proactive and positive "can-do" attitude
Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
A team player who can also work independently when needed
Eligibility to work in the UK and ability to pass pre-employment screening (DBS, employment references, etc.)
