We are currently seeking a Customer Service Advisor for an immediate start. This is a permanent role with a competitive salary of £25,369 per year. Join a friendly and dedicated customer service team based on the outskirts of Newark. (Please note, a car is essential due to the location of the office.)
As a Customer Service Advisor, you will be the first point of contact for customers, providing exceptional service over the phone and via email. You’ll assist customers with their enquiries, orders, and resolve issues, ensuring a high standard of service at all times. Working Hours:
- Monday – Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM

Skills and Experience Required:
- Previous experience in a customer service or office-based role is essential
