Financial Administrator

Are you an experienced administrator with background knowledge working within a Financial Advisory firm ready for your next exciting full-time career venture? Then look no further!  

Working Monday-Friday, 9am-5pm, you will be working with a fantastic small team rurally situated between the outskirts of Grantham and Melton Mowbray.

Our client is keen to welcome a new administrator permanently to their team. They are a forward-thinking company and pride themselves on offering a warm and comfortable working environment for their diverse team. This is a genuinely great opportunity to join an amazing group!

The role will include a variety of tasks including:

  • Liaising with insurance companies
  • Dealing with client data
  • Maintaining client records on our internal back-office system
  • Preparing client valuations
  • Organise and advise client appointments

The successful candidate will ideally have the following attributes:

  • 3 years of experience working within a financial advisory firm
  • Experience in using Intelliflo back office system
  • A Strong attention to detail
  • A professional and personable communicator
  • A strong team player
  • Teleflow System

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: £21,545.00 - £25,000.00 per year – dependant on experience
