A “Can-Do” Attitude & Excellent Customer Service Required!

Group Operations Administrator x2 to join a growing company based in Grantham. This is a varied role where you'll be working in a fast-paced, audit-driven environment. As part of a team of 12, you will report directly to the Group Operations Manager and provide support across a wide range of administrative tasks, including project administration and office support.

You’ll be part of a friendly and energetic team, where the office atmosphere is lively and full of banter. However, focus is key when necessary—attention to detail is critical in this audit-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Managing the group email inbox and responding to queries in a timely manner.
  • Handling incoming calls and providing excellent customer service at all times.
  • Assisting with project administration, helping to coordinate project timelines, and maintaining accurate records.
  • Providing office support across various departments as required.
  • Delivering high-quality administrative tasks while maintaining a strong attention to detail.
  • Supporting the wider team to ensure efficient daily operations and smooth workflow.

Key Requirements:

  • Proven experience managing an email inbox and responding to queries efficiently.
  • Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively over the phone and via email.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, lively office environment while maintaining focus and accuracy.
  • A “can-do” attitude with a willingness to help and support colleagues.
  • Excellent attention to detail and the ability to work in an audit-driven environment.
  • A positive, proactive approach to administrative tasks and teamwork.
