We’re paying a market-leading rate of pay which is unmatched in the area and permanent contracts are available for the right candidates. Our client is based in Anwick, near Sleaford but free transport is available from Boston & Lincoln.
Job Description:
As a Night Hygiene Operative you will play a key role in ensuring the production facility is cleaned and sanitised to meet strict food safety standards. Working as part of the night hygiene team, you will be responsible for cleaning and disinfecting machinery, equipment, floors, and surfaces, ensuring the highest levels of hygiene are achieved.
Responsibilities:
- Clean and sanitise production areas, machinery, and equipment according to daily and weekly schedules.
- Use appropriate cleaning chemicals and equipment safely and efficiently.
- Follow health and safety protocols to prevent contamination and maintain food safety standards.
- Report any maintenance or repair needs on equipment and machinery.
- Complete and maintain hygiene records as required.
- Work as part of a team to meet hygiene standards and production schedules.
Requirements:
- Ability to work night shifts on a regular basis.
- High attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high standards.
- Understanding of basic health and safety principles.
- Physical fitness and ability to handle equipment and cleaning materials.
