SALES ADMINISTRATOR

Are you organised, detail-oriented, and thrive in a fast-paced environment? We’re looking for a Sales Administrator to join a Newark-based company and provide essential administrative support across billing, contract management and sales orders.

In this role, you’ll be working closely with the operations, sales, and finance departments to ensure smooth day-to-day operations, accurate data management, and timely invoicing. Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate and process customer invoices, ensuring accuracy and timely completion. Address customer enquiries and resolve any discrepancies promptly.
  • Collect, input, and verify data for accurate billing, maintaining consistency across all systems.
  • Assist in drafting, reviewing, and managing customer contracts. Monitor contract terms, renewals, and expirations to ensure compliance.
  • Process customer sales orders and coordinate with internal teams to ensure accurate and timely order fulfilment, from delivery to invoicing.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Proven Experience: Previous experience in an office-based admin, customer service or sales environment is a must.
  • Skills: Strong Microsoft Office skills, especially in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
