Your Role

As the Sales Office Manager, you will be the cornerstone of the sales team. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Leading and Mentoring: Guide and support the sales team to ensure they reach their KPIs.
  • Office Coordination: Organise and coordinate office administration to ensure efficiency.
  • Customer Interaction: Manage relationships with customers and handle both inbound and outbound calls.
  • Executive Support: Manage executives' schedules, calendars, and appointments.
  • Team Management: Assign and monitor clerical, administrative, and secretarial responsibilities among office staff.
  • Data Security: Ensure the security, integrity, and confidentiality of data.
  • Complaint Handling: Address and resolve any customer complaints.

What We’re Looking For

We seek candidates who are not only experienced but also passionate about sales and team leadership. Ideal candidates will have:

  • Sales Experience: Proven experience within a sales environment and understanding of sales functions.
  • Management Skills: Experience managing a team and handling a wide range of administrative tasks.
  • Time Management: Excellent ability to multi-task, prioritise work, and solve problems.
  • Attention to Detail: A keen eye for detail and strong organisational skills.
  • Negotiation Skills: Experience in negotiation is highly desirable.
  • HR Experience: Experience with HR functions is a plus.
