We are looking for a supervisor for our client based on the outskirts of Newark. Must have own transport due to the location.
Working hours are Monday to Friday 7am until 5pm paying £13.42ph
As a supervisor you will encourage a safe working environment for all employees in their area by supporting and enforcing standards, ensure the team are performing to quality standards, food safety, product quality and presentation and housekeeping, performance management -Manage performance and attendance of the team, performance review, absence management (including return to work procedures), Training & Development, ensuring that operatives are coached and trained in all aspects of their role, manage improvement activities including KPIs, waste management and production control processes, administration and record keeping.
The supervisor's overall role is to communicate with line leaders, oversee employees performance, provide guidance, support, identify development needs, and manage the reciprocal relationship between staff.
