Business Support Administrator

We are looking for a diligent and detail-oriented Business Support Administrator to join our client's team on a temporary basis. This dynamic role requires a candidate who can significantly contribute to the smooth operations of our client's services. The Business Support Administrator will be responsible for providing high-level administrative support, ensuring efficiency in processes and procedures, and accurately maintaining and updating systems.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to the team.
  • Liaise with the marketing department regarding promotional events.
  • Manage stock by ordering, receiving, and arranging storage.
  • Create and track purchase orders in collaboration with the finance team.
  • Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and other documentation.
  • Implement and maintain efficient office processes and procedures.
  • Support senior team members in developing company brochures.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in an administrative role.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and various database management systems.
  • Excellent organisational and time-management skills.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and quality.
  • Able to work independently and collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.

This is a temporary, on-site role with no remote work available.

The working hours are Monday - Thursday, 08:30 - 17:00. You will be required to work one Friday per month.
